Michelle has over 20 years of management experience in the retail sector, where she has consistently driven growth and performance by inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.
Her expertise spans retail leasing, distribution strategy, design and construction, as well as extensive experience in franchising. Michelle has successfully collaborated with both established companies like Singtel Optus and emerging brands such as Laser Clinics Australia & New Zealand, helping them to expand and strengthen their market presence.

Patrick boasts over two decades of experience in Leasing and Development, earning a reputation for his conscientious, warm, and approachable manner. His specialized expertise in Hospitality, Leisure, and Entertainment Developments was honed through senior roles at Westfield, Scentre Group (the owner and operator of Westfield Shopping Centres in Australia and New Zealand), Jones Lang LaSalle, and Colliers Jardine.
After successfully managing cross-departmental teams on multimillion-dollar projects, Patrick now enjoys a role that fosters more personal connections with clients and greater support for his team. This experience inspired him to establish United Property Services, a boutique Leasing, Design, and Consultancy business that reflects his ambition and commitment to excellence.

John has been a valuable team member since 2019 and brings a wealth of experience to the company. Prior to joining our organisation, John held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at Colliers International, where he managed a diverse portfolio of complex industrial and commercial properties for private and institutional clients.
In this role, he also led the South Sydney Facilities Management team, overseeing compliance for all properties in the portfolio and providing guidance on complex issues. John's expertise extends to project management of capital expenditure works, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale projects efficiently and effectively. His extensive experience and strategic approach to facilities management make him a trusted leader in our organisation.

Rebecca is a highly experienced marketing professional, responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing campaigns, budget management, centre promotions, events, retailer engagement, advertising, sponsorships, and customer experience for two shopping centres within our portfolio.
Prior to joining TG Retail, Rebecca held the position of Local Marketing Specialist (National) at Woolworths and has worked in marketing management roles at well-known organisations such as Mirvac, Dexus, Kennards Hire, YMCA NSW, and Panthers Group.
With 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Rebecca is known for her results-driven approach, creative thinking, successfully executing high-level marketing campaigns and events. She also possesses a strong passion for digital marketing and e-commerce. Rebecca holds business certifications in marketing, retail, public relations, leadership, and management, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

David Khoury is General Manager at TGC Property Group, parent company of TGC Retail. David Khoury's mandate is to lead the team to achieve top-of-industry service and process excellence with a focus not only on outward facing capabilities; also a strong inner emphasis on ensuring the internal workings of the team are attuned perfectly to situate TGC's Property Management offering as the best in the industry bar none. With global experience working with companies such as Colliers, TNT and Goodman (among others), David is highly specialised in the intricate workings of property management as well as lease negotiations, project management, team leadership and development as well as sophisticated operational aptitudes. David has also achieved a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Property Economics from UWS. With a particular aptitude for balancing multiple, strict deadlines in high pressure environments, David brings a refreshing personal approach laden with infectious enthusiasm.

Dianne Graham is a dedicated professional who has been an integral part of the company since 2004, reporting directly to the Director of Retail. With more than 20 years of service, Dianne has evolved within the organisation to now hold the position of Head of Accounts for the Retail Management division.
In addition to her role as Head of Accounts, Dianne also serves as the Onsite Manager at the TG Retail managed NSW South Coast Centre, Warilla Grove, where she oversees all daily retail operations with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
Prior to her tenure at TG Retail, Dianne spent 15 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia before spending 4 years in the United States. Her diverse background in banking and finance, coupled with her hands-on experience in retail management, has equipped Dianne with a unique skill set that drives success in her current roles. Dianne holds a certification in banking and finance.

Rebecca’s proficiency in retail leasing and meticulous attention to detail have been pivotel in facilitating successful retail tenant acquisitions.
